Privacy notice

1. Data controller

Abraham Reyes Hernández, located at Arcos #19, colonia Jardines de la Montaña, C.P. 72564, Puebla, Puebla, México, is responsible for processing your personal data. For any matter related to this notice you can write to abraham.reyes.poesia@gmail.com.

2. Data collected

Only what you choose to send through the contact form or by email, WhatsApp or Instagram:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone or WhatsApp (optional)
• Brand or company (optional)
• Service of interest, preferred contact method and the message you write

No sensitive personal data or financial information is requested. Please don’t include any in your message.

3. How it is used

Your data is used only for the following purposes, which are necessary to respond to your request:

• Replying to your message and contacting you through the channel you chose
• Learning about your project and, where appropriate, preparing a proposal
• Following up on any professional relationship that results from that contact

It is not used to send you advertising, newsletters or for any secondary purpose.

4. Who it is shared with

Your data is not sold, assigned or transferred to third parties for their own purposes. For the form to work, two providers process the information only to deliver it:

• Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which receives the form and forwards it by email.
• Google (Gmail), where the email is received and stored.

These services may process data outside Mexico under their own privacy policies. Data may also be disclosed to an authority when required by law or court order.

5. How long it is kept

For as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting professional relationship. It is then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires it to be kept.

6. Your ARCO rights

You may access, rectify or cancel your data, or object to its use, and revoke your consent or limit its use at any time.

To do so, email abraham.reyes.poesia@gmail.com with the subject “Derechos ARCO”, including:

• Your name and a way to reply to you
• A copy of your official ID or, where applicable, that of your legal representative
• A clear description of the right you want to exercise and the data involved

You will receive a reply within 20 business days. If the request is granted, it will take effect within the following 15 business days. If you believe your right was not respected, you may contact the competent data protection authority.

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores one functional cookie to remember the version of the site you chose. See the cookie policy for details.

Any change will be published on this page, with its update date.
